This luxury apartment development has many firsts; the first major apartment complex in Glendale since the 1980s, the first project done entirely by our Arizona team, and first project with developer P.B. Bell. Being designed in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, it was important to P.B. Bell to incorporate touchless access points and a variety of seating options in the amenity areas.
