Located in the King-Lincoln District, this mixed-use development is much more than your typical urban infill project; rather it is designed to be a catalyst for the neighborhood. Local stakeholders involved throughout the design process emphasized the need for smaller, more affordable unit types and designated community areas. The final mix of retail, live-work studios, multi-family apartments, and town-homes also includes an area for incubator spaces for grassroots programs and businesses.
