Summary
In an effort to merge the evolving demands of the luxury car owner with the new brand direction of Mercedes, we were tasked with turning an outdated and tired customer lounge into an interactive and immersive brand experience. We reimagined the customer journey and injected it with comfortable seating areas, refreshment centers, retail and merchandising displays, and approachable information desks to create a relaxed and fresh space matching the quality and image of the Mercedes experience.
