New Albany Village Center is part of the city’s plan to bring thoughtful density to its growing town center, meeting the rising demand for housing in the area. This new development prioritizes pedestrian and bike-friendly spaces, seamlessly integrating nature with the neighborhood to create a vibrant, livable environment.
This project integrates apartments, townhomes, and mixed-use spaces while preserving New Albany’s traditional architectural character. The development spans across three buildings, and includes 100+ residential units and 4,000+ sq. ft. of retail space, with amenities including a courtyard, pool, and co-working spaces.

Diamond Cellar, a Columbus-based, family-owned retailer, is elevating their Easton Town Center retail location to create a modern, high-end luxury shopping experience that is as special as their merchandise.
With an expanded footprint, additional brand partners, and a refreshed aesthetic, the renovated store will feature a signature champagne bar that puts hospitality at the forefront of this retail experience. This new space reflects Diamond Cellar's commitment to hospitality, craftsmanship, and celebrating luxury – everyday.

Pilot Dogs is an organization that has been providing life-changing training for visually impaired individuals and their guide dogs since 1950. Located in Franklinton, their campus, which spans several city blocks and numerous buildings, was in need of renovation and expansion to better support their mission.
The updated Student Residence offers larger rooms with private courtyard access, while a new entry lounge and museum highlight Pilot Dogs’ history. Additional amenities include a student lounge, rec room, lecture rooms, and a fitness area. Training upgrades, like airplane seating for real-world practice, ensure a top-tier experience, bringing the facility to national standards.

Our work with Honda of Middleburg Heights began as a planned addition but has since evolved into a complete renovation and new build aligned with the latest Blue Stage Honda prototype.
The project consolidates a campus of three separate buildings into one, brand new 57,000+ SF facility, significantly expanding their service capacity from 15 to 50 bays, including detailing and car wash. Designed for long-term growth, this Honda dealership boasts a expansive footprint, ensuring it can meet increasing market demand while delivering an enhanced customer experience.

To support future growth, G&J Pepsi is expanding their existing Columbus office and warehouse facility.
The office renovation and expansion will include a new two-story lobby space that will create a dynamic entry sequence. This space will serve as the main connection point between the existing building and new addition, and help unify the office experience for staff and visitors.
G&J serves as the the dedicated Pepsi distributer for Central Ohio, and this project will showcase local company history through a timeline display wall in the lobby, as well as celebrate Pepsi Co. beverages through branded conference rooms.

Located in Gahanna, this new 35,000+ SF office and warehouse firmly establishes Burns & Scalo’s commitment and presence in the Central Ohio market.
Founded in Pittsburgh, they wanted their Ohio flagship facility to not only be a base for their operations, but showcase their leadership in roofing, solar, and building envelope innovation.
This bold project features a dynamic metal façade with varying depths, creating fluid transitions and strong street presence. Sustainability is key, with a solar parking canopy and rooftop solar integration. Inside, an open entry connects a café and training space, highlighting the company’s rich history, expertise, and commitment to innovation.

Fifth x Northwest Apartments brings modern living to the evolving Fifth Avenue corridor, linking Grandview, Short North, and Downtown.
Its red brick and cast stone design reflect the character of Fifth Avenue, while the top-floor lounge offers a moody, speakeasy-inspired retreat with rooftop terrace views. Thoughtful co-working spaces blend collaboration and privacy, warmed by natural light and wood accents.
Stylish apartments feature tall windows, high-end hardware, and refined finishes, with top-floor units offering walk-out terraces. The vibrant courtyard boasts a resort-style pool, fire pits, and lounge spaces, seamlessly connected to the fitness center for a dynamic living experience.

Designed in a timeless Colonial Georgian style, The Langham at Chestnut Hill community blends elegance with modern amenities for a truly elevated living experience.
The 20-acre multi-family community consists of 16 buildings, ranging from two-story carriage houses to three-story walk-up residential buildings, that are situated around beautifully landscaped green spaces, bocce ballcourts, and dedicated pedestrian walking paths.
At the heart of the development is a two-story clubhouse that offers interior amenities including fitness and yoga studios, golf simulator, lounge spaces, and plenty of intimate areas for work or relaxation. Additionally, the clubhouse features a roof terrace that overlooks the resort-style pool and patio spaces.

Hugh White Nissan Lancaster is undergoing a dramatic transformation, turning a previously understated structure into a bold, modern dealership that demands attention. As part of the Hugh White family — a well-established company based in Dayton, with dealerships across the region — this Nissan store is being completely reimagined to enhance both its presence and functionality.
One of the key challenges in this project is integrating portions of the existing building while executing a full-scale overhaul. The result will be an impressive 6,000+ SF renovation plus a new 8,000+ SF showroom and service drive, designed to create a seamless and inviting customer experience. Careful coordination is ensuring that the service department remains operational throughout construction, while thoughtful design adaptations allow for a smooth blend of old and new.

Boren Brothers are expanding their operations with a new state-of-the-art office and warehouse designed to support their growing business.
The new facility will showcase a sleek industrial design, featuring dark metal exteriors accented by their signature logo. Inside, the office embodies a refined and sophisticated look with bold black and white contrasts, exposed ceilings, and concrete floors, balanced by a clean, open layout and warm wood accents. The warehouse will house a full-service, high-efficiency maintenance garage and wash bay to keep their fleet running smoothly.
