ODW’s warehouse layout was optimized to ensure net-zero flexibility with an efficiently balanced air conditioning system that can handle the demands of high-volume warehouse operations. The exterior warehouse design features custom precast panels with carefully placed reveals and windows, enhancing the façade with intentional scaling and added visual interest.
