Coughlin Crossing

Summary

Coughlin has been a long-time automotive dealership client who found interest in land-use planning beyond automotive retail. With a large property, formerly a horse farm, along a bustling corridor south of Delaware, they turned to archall to develop a mixed-use masterplan to maximize the site’s potential, while preserving the rolling agrarian landscape for outdoor amenities and scenic vistas. With multiple stakeholders involved from the onset, from the client to the City of Delaware, local neighbors, and the Ohio Historical Society, the masterplan is a culmination of contextually-sensitive design and land use planning. The masterplan is currently under construction with future phases still in development.
