Located in the Sugarcreek area of Dayton, this clubhouse is a local oasis. This is a place to retreat and escape, to sit and read a book or watch a sporting event while enjoying a game of pool. The owner wanted residents to feel like they could enjoy the space while impressing potential tenants. Our team space planned, designed, procured, and installed furniture to produce a beautiful and incredibly functional space for employees, residents, and future tenants to have a small piece of vacation close to home.
